At the beginning of my "carreer" a real horseman asked me "How would you describe the purpose of breeding?" After I wrenched my brain and tied a knot in my tong he laughed and said:
BREEDING IS WHEN THE OFFSPRING IS BETTER THAN FATHER AND MOTHER, WHEREBY YOU PARTICULARLY HAVE TO FOCUS ON SELECTING EXCEPTIONAL BROODMARES
I never forgot these words and ever since then we try to follow these principles. Our mares are not only great moms themselves but they also come from magnificent mothers and are by outstanding sires. The best keeping conditions allow their foals to grow up to be the one thing we enjoy the most - genuine BANDITS - they steal our heart, time and nerves but at the same time give us back more every day then they could ever take.
